The Appellate Division, Fourth Department, has released a list of 41attorneys who are at risk of suspension for failing to register and pay a licensing fee in compliance with Judiciary Law §468a. Attorneys have 30 days from the last date of print publication (June 9, 2022) to submit proof establishing compliance with registration requirements.
