Rockefeller University Hospital has failed to extricate itself from a set of Child Victims Act cases in a Manhattan trial court, for which the alleged abuse occurred off hospital grounds.
Judge Laurence Love of the Supreme Court of New York County on Wednesday ordered four CVA cases to proceed against the hospital involving its late doctor who allegedly committed sex abuse acts against survivors at the Madison Square Boys Club.
