Denied by a Manhattan trial court judge this week, the attorney for a bipartisan trio pushing to have New York’s Assembly map invalidated and the June 28 primary delayed has filed “a fast-track option” for the state’s highest court to hear their case.

The New York Court of Appeals posted on its website late Friday that the case was transferred to the Appellate Division, First Department in Manhattan.
