A state appeals court on Thursday upheld the sex-crimes conviction of Harvey Weinstein, rejecting his arguments that a judge should not have allowed trial testimony from three women who weren't victims in the case, and that the judge should have removed a juror who allegedly lied about her forthcoming novel about "predatory older men."
