Former President Donald Trump and his two oldest children are set to testify starting July 15 in response to subpoenas from New York Attorney General Letitia James, according to a stipulation and order filed in Manhattan Supreme Court on Wednesday.

The scheduling of testimony for July 15 through the end of the following week comes after the New York Appellate Division, First Department on May 26 upheld Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Arthur Engoron’s ruling that the Trumps must comply with James’ subpoenas, which were issued as part of her ongoing civil investigation of Trump business activities.
