A report prepared by McKinsey & Company regarding influential Twitter critics of the government of Saudi Arabia was the subject of oral arguments before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit on Thursday, where one of the Saudi dissidents asked the court to find that McKinsey owed him a duty of care.

John F. Olsen represents Omar Abdulaziz, a Saudi dissident living in Canada who was a friend and ally of the journalist Jamal Khashoggi before Khashoggi was assassinated at the Saudi consulate in Turkey.
