- Kenju Watanabe has joined FisherBroyles as a partner in the firm's corporate department. His primary focuses will be M&A, private equity, and corporate governance. He was previously a partner at Paul Hastings.
- Jessica Millett has joined Hogan Lovells as a partner in the firm's corporate & finance practice group in New York. She joins from the boutique firm Duval & Stachenfeld, where she served as chair of that firm's tax practice.
- Priyanka Timblo has rejoined Holwell Shuster & Goldberg as a partner. A former associate at the firm from 2017-21, she returns to HSG from global legal finance and risk management company Omni Bridgeway.
- Thompson Hine has added Andrea Sharetta as a partner in its tax practice. She joins from Dentons, where she was a partner for 12 years.
- Steve Hessler has joined Sidley as global practice leader of the restructuring group in their New York office. He was previously at Kirkland & Ellis.
- Former federal prosecutor and white-collar defense attorney Steven Feldman has joined Stradley Ronon as a partner in the firm's securities litigation & enforcement practice.
- Duane Morris has promoted Reshma Shah to partner in the firm's private client services practice group. In addition, the firm has elevated associates Maria Cáceres-Boneau, David McTaggart, and Alanna Newman to special counsel.
- Katten Muchin Rosenman has hired Eddy Park as a partner in its real estate practice. He joins from Debevoise & Plimpton.
- Stephen Boonshoft has joined Warshaw Burstein as a partner in firm's the real estate group. He was previously a partner at Robinson Brog in that firm's real estate group.
- Pryor Cashman has added two partners to its corporate group in New York: Robert Friedman who joins from Moses & Singer, and Richard Leska who joins from Meister Seelig & Fein.
- James Ricca, a banking & finance partner at Forchelli Deegan Terrana, has been appointed counsel of the Mortgage Bankers Association of New York.
- Matthew Friedenberg has joined Vinson & Elkins as counsel. He was formerly with Weil, Gotshal & Manges.
- Norton Rose Fulbright has added Daniel Pepper as a partner to its information governance, privacy and cybersecurity team. He joins from BakerHostetler.
- Couch White has promoted Charles Carluccio and Bria Cunningham as partners.
- Kathryn Barcroft has joined Bleakley Platt & Schmidt as a partner in the firm's labor & employment and discrimination practice groups. She was formerly a partner at the Solomon Law Firm.
- Borah, Goldstein, Altschuler, Nahins & Goidel has promoted the following associates to partner: Kimberly Dukhan, Elizabeth Lentini, Mary Milone and Evan Nahins.
- Elliott Kwok Levine & Jaroslaw has added Rachel Rodriguez as counsel to the firm. She was previously counsel at Phillips Nizer.
- Christian Rudloff has joined Hunton Andrews Kurth as counsel. He joins from Shearman & Sterling, where he was a counsel in that firm's project development and finance group.
- Joshua Sussman has been promoted to partner at Weiss Zarett Brofman Sonnenklar & Levy, based on Long Island. He is a member of the firm's litigation department and previously served as senior counsel.
- Schlam Stone & Dolan has elevated Jolène LaVigne-Albert to partner.
- Yankwitt has hired Jonathan Ohring as counsel in the firm's White Plains office. He joins from Milbank.
- Moses & Singer has promoted Melissa Bassin to of counsel with the firm's real estate practice group.
- Sara Meyer has joined Futterman, Lanza & Pasculli as an associate in the firm's Smithtown office.

J. Brugh Lower of Gibbons has entered an appearance for industrial equipment supplier Devco Corporation in a pending trademark infringement lawsuit. The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
