Uniform Rules for the Supreme Court and the County Court (Uniform Rules) 22 NYCRR 202.16, 22 NYCRR 202.16-a, 22 NYCRR 202.16-b, and 22 NYCRR 202.18 are the "matrimonial rules". The complaint was filed Sept. 4 in Connecticut District Court by attorney Robert M.
