The Suffolk County Legal Aid Society debuted a weekly radio show on Sunday that features discussions with special guests about the society’s “holistic mission,” from its defense of many disenfranchised people charged with crimes to reentry-into-society programs offered by the group.

The show, called “Legal Aid Radio,” will run weekly from 6:30 to 7 a.m. on WALK 97.5 FM, which broadcasts to Long Island, according to a news release about the new program. The show is hosted by Laurette Mulry, SCLAS’s attorney in charge.
