AMC Networks, the entertainment company that operates BBC America, SundanceTV and other channels, and Sony Pictures Television Inc. were hit with a trademark infringement lawsuit Monday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.

The lawsuit, filed by Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani on behalf of JTH Tax LLC d/b/a Liberty Tax Service, accuses defendants of misusing Liberty Tax’s trade dress in Episode 2, Season 6 in the hit “Better Call Saul” television series for a fictional tax preparer called “Sweet Liberty Tax Services.”
