A national retailer that advertises “Good Stuff Cheap” is accused of misclassifying store managers to skirt paying them overtime, according to a federal lawsuit filed in U.S. District Court, Northern District of New York.

The class-action suit filed last week alleges Ollie’s Bargain Outlet is in violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act and the New York Labor Law.
