Former President Donald Trump on Tuesday asked the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit to revive his lawsuit against New York Attorney General Letitia James, who has been conducting a multi-year civil investigation into his business activities.

Trump’s attorney Alina Habba of Habba Madaio & Associates argued that the appellate panel should reverse U.S. District Judge Brenda Sannes of the Northern District of New York’s May decision granting James’ motion to dismiss the suit.
