A federal class-action lawsuit filed by attorneys for a legally blind resident of Erie County who complained that information about Colgate University’s sports programs was inaccessible to the visually impaired through its website was settled this week.

Plaintiff Kimberly Miller of Tonawanda, about three hours west of Colgate University in Hamilton, was represented by Gottlieb & Associates of New York City. The law firm did not return messages on Tuesday.
