The New York Court of Appeals has granted disgraced movie mogul Harvey Weinstein’s motion for leave to have his sex-crimes conviction reviewed by the high court. 

Chief Judge Janet DiFiore, who is stepping down from the bench effective next week, granted the motion for leave, which states that there are “questions of law” involved with the case that should be further scrutinized by the Court of Appeals.
