King & Spalding has hired Marisa Sotomayor as a partner in its corporate, finance and investments practice group. She represents corporate lenders and borrowers in domestic and cross-border leveraged finance and restructuring transactions. She joins from Paul Hastings. In addition, the firm has also as added partners Jamie Dycus and Randy Mastro. Dycus, who joins from WilmerHale, joins the firm’s trial and global disputes practice group. Mastro, a business litigator and trial lawyer who previously served as the chair of the litigation practice at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, will join the firm’s trial and global disputes practice group.
