She represents private equity funds, banks, and other investors in complex debt financing transactions across a wide range of industries. She joins from McGuire Woods, where she was a partner in that firm’s banking & finance practice.
Harris Beach has added Glenn Jones as a partner in its government compliance and investigations practice group and health care industry team. He joins from Abrams Fensterman. In addition, the firm has hired Brian Ginsberg as a partner in its appellate practice group. Prior to joining, he served as New York State assistant solicitor general.
