What are some of your proudest recent achievements? I am proudest of my leadership of The Legal Aid Society of Rochester. I started as a staff attorney, gradually moved to the position of program director, then COO, and now president and CEO. In the eight years since becoming CEO, I have nearly doubled the budget and staff size of the agency. I have brought innovative change to LASROC, developed different ways to meet the needs of our clients, ensured that our staff remains dedicated to the mission, and are happy and productive members of the LASROC family. Over the past two years, I have led the agency through the darkness of pandemic by balancing what was required to keep the lights on; continuing agency funding; and addressing our staff's needs so LASROC was able to achieve the ultimate goal of continuing to serve our clients effectively, while maintaining our mission. These past few years have been challenging, but ultimately, they've been rewarding.
