She mentors associates in M&A and other groups on a formal and informal basis. Brett is a leader and an integral part of Skadden's DEI efforts. She holds a leadership role in M&A department training initiatives. Brett participated in Skadden's Women's Leadership Forum, designed to support and coach senior associates and counsel at Skadden. Brett is actively involved in the Skadden M&A department's knowledge management effort, with a particular focus on private equity-related content and know-how.
