Practice Profile: Heather Ripley, partner in Alston & Bird’s federal and international tax group, counsels U.S. and foreign business entities and high-net-worth individuals on structuring cross-border investments and transactions, understanding U.S. tax compliance obligations and risks, and rectifying noncompliance issues.
