Responses prepared by Cynthia Robinson, partner at Shaub Ahmuty Citrin & Spratt

What are some of the department’s most satisfying successes of the past year and why? After pandemic-stalled jury trials resumed, our litigation department was thrilled to be back in action at the courthouses. The number of backlogged trials led to a constant cycle of trial prep, verdict, rinse and repeat. Significantly, since trials restarted, we have not had a single loss at trial this year. Bottom line is that we are trying more cases in a shorter period than ever before with only success to show for it.
