Russian billionaire Oleg Deripaska’s British property manager was arrested Tuesday in the United Kingdom after a Manhattan federal grand jury indicted him for allegedly committing wire fraud and conspiring to violate U.S. sanctions against Deripaska, who has ties to Russian President Vladimir Putin.

The United States will seek Graham Bonham-Carter’s extradition, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York.
