A jury on Friday found former Trump inaugural committee chairman Thomas Barrack not guilty of acting and conspiring to act as an illegal agent of the United Arab Emirates after nearly two days of deliberation in Brooklyn federal court.

Barrack, 75, was also acquitted of obstruction of justice and making false statements to federal investigators examining his relationship with high-ranking officials in the UAE, who invested $374 million with Colony Capital through the country’s sovereign wealth funds.
