Two judges in New York on Monday granted motions to dismiss lawsuits targeting former President Donald Trump, one in federal court brought by his former personal lawyer Michael Cohen, and the other in state court brought by his niece Mary Trump.
Trump's legal wins were handed down late Monday, on the eve of a scheduled "big announcement," expected to be the launch of a 2024 presidential bid.
