Conservative media critic James O'Keefe has retained attorneys Jeffrey Lichtman and Marc Fernich to represent him in continued efforts to claw back electronics seized from him last November as part of a federal investigation into how his group, Project Veritas, acquired Ashley Biden's diary.
Ashley Biden is the daughter of President Joe Biden.
