Attorneys for the Trump Organization have said they will appeal Tuesday’s verdict, in which a Manhattan state court jury found the company guilty of scheme to defraud, criminal tax fraud and other offenses, to New York’s Appellate Division, First Department.

Trump Organization defense attorney Alan Futerfas told reporters he expects one issue on appeal will be the clarity of the judge’s charge, especially as it relates to the phrase “in behalf of.”
