Lawyers at Wigdor Law are calling for sanctions against billionaire Leon Black and his legal team, arguing that a sexual assault lawsuit against Black has devolved into a vicious victim-shaming smear campaign.

Wigdor’s cross motion for sanctions follows a request earlier this month from Black’s attorneys at firms Perry Guha, Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan and Estrich Golden that Wigdor face sanctions—claiming the firm failed to do proper due diligence on their own client.
