The practice of law amidst post COVID-pandemic health concerns continues to bedevil lawyers, their clients and the court system. Recent announcements of a Tripledemic with increasing levels of RSV affecting mainly children, sharply rising and early flu infections and continuing cases of COVID-19 affecting all segments of the population make us mindful of our own health and that of our clients, colleagues and staff.

All of us, coming out of the COVID lockdown, yearn to return to a “normal” life, to circulate and travel freely and to socialize. But the spectre of a renewal of the COVID lockdown impacts how we meet and deal with our clients, our colleagues and our adversaries.
