Cahill Gordon & Reindel has hired Emeka Chinwuba as a partner in its corporate practice group. His practice focuses on project development and financing transactions, particularly for renewable energy and infrastructure projects in the Americas and Sub-Saharan Africa. He joins from McDermott Will & Emery. In addition, the firm has also added Gerald Flattmann, Jr. as a partner in the firm’s litigation practice group and chair of its life sciences patent litigation practice. He was formerly with King & Spalding. In addition, the following Cahill attorneys have been elected to partner: Christopher Bevan, Samson Enzer, Sesi Garimella, Mark Loftus and John MacGregor. The attorneys promoted to counsel are: Margaret Barone, Samir Kurani, Sara Ortiz, Jennifer Potts and Mark Shepsman.

Seyfarth partner, Amanda Genovese

Amanda Genovese has joined Seyfarth as a partner in its litigation department, focusing on disputes in the health care and financial services sectors. She was formerly at Troutman Pepper, where she was also a partner.
