Bracewell partner Seth DuCharme, who previously served as acting U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of New York, is representing a former high-ranking official in the FBI's New York office following his arrest in a case over alleged Russian sanctions case.
Charles McGonigal, who served as special-agent-in-charge of the FBI's Counterintelligence Division in New York until 2018, has been charged with violating U.S. sanctions against Russia, along with money laundering and conspiracy to commit money laundering.
