Last week, the U.S. Supreme Court released its long awaited report on the investigation Chief Justice John Roberts ordering Gail Curley, the court’s marshal, to determine who leaked the Dobbs decision to Politico before it was released.

The report disclosed that the investigation—with questioning of about 100 employees—failed to answer the question ‘who done it?’ Pointedly none of the justices nor their spouses were reported as having been questioned.
