In New York City today, all problems tend to land in the lap of the district attorney, according to Bronx DA Darcel Clark.

“The way things are working, they’re looking for the DA to be the solution to every problem, Clark said in a recent interview with the New York Law Journal. “And I shouldn’t be. I should be the last resort, not the first resort.”
