Saying that Donald Trump had "impaired" New York Attorney General Letitia James' "rights or remedies," a state appeals court has upheld a civil contempt finding and a $110,000 fine against the former president for not complying with a subpoena's document demands in a $250 million suit aimed at Trump's business practices.
