Attorneys with Kasowitz Benson Torres and spinoff firm Glenn Agre Bergman & Fuentes faced off in court Wednesday regarding their ongoing fee dispute, with the firms still at odds over how to divide a “high dollar” settlement involving a former Kasowitz client.

“I’m willing to write them a check today, all we have to do is agree on the amount,” Michael Bowen, founding partner of Glenn Agre and former partner at Kasowitz, told Manhattan Supreme Court Judge Lyle Frank.
