U.S. District Judge Valerie Caproni of the Southern District of New York on Friday dismissed a lawsuit against the court-appointed guardian of artist Peter Max, who has Alzheimer's disease, ruling that Max's daughter's claim of intentional infliction of emotional distress is barred under Rooker-Feldman doctrine.
