A Syracuse University College of Law professor has been placed on leave after he was arrested for allegedly assaulting a woman at the Turning Stone Resort Casino last month.

Terry Turnipseed, who is also of counsel at Tarlow, Breed, Hart & Rodgers in Boston, was charged with menacing, assault and criminal obstruction of breathing, according to his attorney, Charles A. Keller III.
