We Build the Wall founder Brian Kolfage was never technically removed from his post as director, meaning he could stand in for the company at its upcoming criminal trial, a Manhattan judge said Thursday. 

Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Juan Merchan instructed the charity’s attorney Justin Weddle to pass along Parker warnings to Kolfage through Cesar De Castro, who is representing him in his federal case.
