Emerging adults who receive Desk Appearance Tickets in Manhattan will now appear in Midtown Community Court, acting Chief Administrative Judge Tamiko Amaker announced Thursday. 

Those aged 18 to 25 with DATs can now appear with counsel at the community court on both Thursday and Friday, instead of waiting in criminal court for their case to be called. Judge John Zhuo Wang is presiding.
