Those aged 18 to 25 with DATs can now appear with counsel at the community court on both Thursday and Friday, instead of waiting in criminal court for their case to be called.

Emerging adults who receive Desk Appearance Tickets in Manhattan will now appear in Midtown Community Court, acting Chief Administrative Judge Tamiko Amaker announced Thursday.

The case, filed Oct. 2 in Massachusetts District Court by the Brown Law Firm on behalf of Stephen Austen, accuses certain officers and directors of misleading investors in regard to Symbotic's potential for margin growth by failing to disclose that the company was not equipped to timely deploy its systems or manage expenses through project delays.
