After plaintiff Theresa Cidoni’s age discrimination action was brought on June 29, 2021, the parties engaged in an “arduous” discovery process.
Cidoni secured the participation therein by defendants Woodhaven Center for Care, Platschak, and Modica only by, inter alia, motion to compel.
