FTX founder Sam Bankman-Fried plans to make a legal challenge to charges in his superseding indictments because they were brought after he waived his right to fight extradition from the Bahamas, his attorney, Mark Cohen of Cohen & Gresser, told a federal judge Thursday.

“By pleading not guilty, our client is not acknowledging he can be tried on the new counts brought after his extradition,” Cohen said. “That will be the subject of one of our motions.”
