Lawyers for former President Donald Trump are asking a judge to compel Michael Cohen to sit for a deposition in their battle against the New York Attorney General's $250 million fraud case.
Trump attorney Alina Habba on Monday asked Manhattan Supreme Court Judge Arthur Engoron to force Cohen, Trump's former lawyer, to appear for questioning.
