Editor's note: This letter was submitted in response to another letter to the editor, "The Long-Running Compensation Crisis for New York's Assigned Counsel Is Getting Worse" by Philip Katz, which the New York Law Journal published on April 10. Katz submitted his letter in response to statements contained in the Law Journal article "As State Budget Debate Continues, NYC Bar Pushes Legal Services Funding, Sounds 'Alarm' on Children's Representation," which was published on April 7.
We are writing to clarify a quote from a New York City Bar Association letter to Gov. Kathy Hochul, Senate Majority Leader Andrea Stewart-Cousins and Speaker Carl Heastie that was described as "inaccurate" in a recent letter published in the New York Law Journal.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
