U.S. District Judge Lewis Kaplan of the Southern District of New York intervened in the cross-examination of E. Jean Carroll by former President Donald Trump's attorney Joe Tacopina several times on Thursday, warning him against being "argumentative" while Carroll recounted her rape allegation against Trump.
