A three-judge panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit on Tuesday partially vacated the dismissal of a proposed class action lawsuit against Young Living Essential Oils, allowing a customer to move ahead with New York General Business Law and unjust enrichment claims.

Kirkland & Ellis represents Young Living in the suit, while Milberg Coleman Bryson Phillips Grossman represents plaintiff Lori MacNaughton.
