A New York real estate investor has revived his $1.1 billion legal malpractice lawsuit against Herrick Feinstein for allegedly blowing key deadlines in the investor's legal action against a former business partner.

Jacob Frydman and entities Prime United Holdings and United Realty Advisors first sued Herrick and partner Arthur Jakoby in 2019 over allegations the firm failed to meet discovery deadlines in Frydman's federal racketeering lawsuit against Eli Verschleiser.
