U.S. Rep. George Santos, R-Glen Cove, pleaded not guilty to a 13-count indictment in a federal district court in Long Island Wednesday with his attorney Joe Murray by his side.

Santos was released on a $500,000 bond with travel restrictions limiting him to New York City, the District of Columbia and Long Island, though he will be allowed to travel elsewhere in the continental United States with permission of federal law enforcement officials.
