A one-time employee of Rudy Giuliani has filed a $10 million lawsuit against the former New York City mayor, claiming he breached their employment contract, violated numerous labor and anti-bias laws, and repeatedly forced her to engage in non-consensual sex acts.

Noelle Dunphy alleges she was originally hired by Giuliani in January 2019 to work as his Director of Business Development, with a salary of $1 million annually plus expenses. As part of the package, Giuliani also offered to represent her pro bono in litigation relating to an abusive former partner, the lawsuit claims.
