Pryor Cashman filed a lawsuit against the County of Broome and other New York counties on Monday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.

The suit, brought on behalf of Hudson Conference Center, Crossroads Hotel and other plaintiffs, alleges that the defendant counties have ‘unlawfully, impermissibly, and unconstitutionally’ prohibited the defendants from fulfilling agreements to temporarily shelter migrant refugees.
