A New York Supreme Court judge on Wednesday dismissed a defamation lawsuit against billionaire Apollo Global Management co-founder Leon Black.
The lawsuit, filed by plaintiff Guzel Ganieva, accused Black of defaming her by claiming her rape accusations were false and part of a blackmail scheme.
