Prosecutors in the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York urged a federal judge to deny FTX founder Sam Bankman-Fried's motions in a pair of filings late Monday, arguing that the criminal case against Bankman-Fried should proceed with all 13 charges in the most recent superseding indictment.
