Prosecutors in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York urged a federal judge to deny FTX founder Sam Bankman-Fried’s motions in a pair of filings late Monday, arguing that the criminal case against Bankman-Fried should proceed with all 13 charges in the most recent superseding indictment.

Bankman-Fried’s attorneys Mark Cohen and Christian Everdell of Cohen & Gresser had urged U.S. District Judge Lewis Kaplan of the Southern District of New York to dismiss 10 of their client’s charges, including several fraud offenses, an illegal political contribution scheme and bribery in violation of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
