Petitioner moved by order to show cause pursuant to SCPA 719 and 711, seeking to revoke letters of administration, alleging that the administrator misappropriated estate funds and commingled estate funds with her own personal accounts.

Upon petitioner’s repeated inquires regarding the estate property and for an accounting, counsel to the administrator filed a motion to be relieved as her attorney, which the court granted.
